Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days

Custom/engraved pieces may take 5–7 business days before shipping

Shipping Method

We currently offer one shipping option only:

📌 USPS Ground Advantage (tracked, 2–5 business day transit time)

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct address at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned Delivered by USPS, NV Luxxe Jewels is not responsible for loss, theft, or delays. We will assist you in filing a USPS claim when applicable, but we do not replace or refund delivered packages.

NO RETURNS • ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the delicate, personal, and hygienic nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

The only exception is:

You received the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged due to our error

(Proof required within 48 hours of delivery)
